Your team's 'Configure Team' page is an important page to visit as this is where you can update any of your team's information, but also create the default settings for things like your team's notifications, when Spares are invited and when reminders are sent.
Editing these defaults will allow you to apply the changes to all your events, or just the ones you will create in the future.
You can open 4 different subtabs:
Team Banner, Team Details, Team Features & Event Defaults
Select the 'Event Default' bar to show a screen like this:
Event Invites: 3 Days - This means your team's Full-time players will receive their Event Invitations 3 days prior to your Event starting.
Spare Invites: 2 Days - If your team has Spares turned ON and the minimum number of players required for your event has not been reached, Sportgo Lite will automatically invite your Spare players 2 days before your event. For more information on how Spares work, please read this tutorial.
Event Reminder: 12 Hours - Every checked-in member of your team will receive a reminder 12 hours before your event with the information about the event.
Manager Report: 12 Hours - Each team manager will receive a full report on who's attending the next event.
Below are four more toggles:
Spares - Turning this ON will mean Sportgo Lite will automatically invite your Spares when your event needs more players.
Position Assistant - Sportgo Lite will try and ensure required positions and the correct number of players are assigned the positions needed for each event. For more information on the Position Assistant, read our tutorial.
Open Event - Turning this event will allow your Event's URL to be posted anywhere and allow non-team members to apply to join the event. This is a great tool for things like drop-in events.
Attendance Reminders - Any time a player changes their RSVP status after the Manager Report has been sent, manager's will be notified. A good tool to make the managers aware of last-minute changes to their roster.
Event Weather - Your Event page will show the weather forecast for your event's location.
